Ordering

In order to ensure availability during the holiday season, please order at least a week in advance.

Payment

We accept cash, Visa, and MasterCard as a method of payment, and require a 20% deposit at time of order. (Please note, we do not accept personal checks.)

The balance is due at final delivery or time of pick-up.

Pick-up or Delivery

If you choose to pick-up your items cold, we will supply you with cooking instructions.

If food is to be picked up hot, we charge a fee of $3 per tray.

We will supply setup equipment, if needed, which includes: wire rack, aluminum water pan, and two sternos per rack. There is a $5 refundable deposit for each rack setup. After your event, we do ask that you return any borrowed equipment, and we will refund the deposit. (Please note, sternos are non-refundable.)
